I offer a range of adult dance classes across West Sussex at varied levels of intensity and incorporating different styles from week to week, from Bollywood to Waltz and almost everything in between. No partners are necessary because you learn in lines (even for styles that are traditionally partner dances).
These classes are for anyone who wants to dance, whatever your age or ability. With all of my classes you can work at a level that's comfortable for you. What you get out of each class depends on what you put in! However, I'm also mindful we have to look after our bodies, so I'll offer you alternative moves and adapt routines if needed to make sure you can manage.
My ethos has always been about providing fun friendly classes in a relaxed atmosphere. So, why not come and join me and have some fun?

Please be aware that you must SIGN-UP if you wish to attend any classes and you can do this via email, by calling, or messaging me on my mobile. I limit the numbers attending each class to make sure everyone has enough space for dancing.
BENEFITS OF DANCING
I've long been advocating the fact that dancing is a great form of exercise for the body and the brain! The research supports this fact. Both BBC documentaries 'How To Stay Young' and 'The Truth About Getting Fit' stated how beneficial dancing is for you. I've also recently read a fabulous book called 'The Dance Cure' by Dr Peter Lovatt. He's a former professional dancer turned psychologist who has spent two decades studying why we dance and what it does for us.
